ARDHA CHANDRASANA - Half Moon Pose
Challenge yourself this month with balance and strength. Starting in Warrior II, plant your right hand to the mat (block) in front of your right foot. Press firmly into your right hand and right foot, lifting your left leg parallel to the floor and flexing your left foot as you straighten your right knee. Stack your shoulders over your right wrist, opening your body to the left. Repeat on the other side. Remember, if you fall out of pose, just smile ... and try again.
